One interesting thing I learned in this unit is how daily exercise doesn't only help out with keeping healthy but also helps on keeping you looking good, and boost your confidence along with it.

I would rate my participation in this unit an 8.5. In some parts i started to get confused with vocab and got lost in my thoughts as I was reading.
