Hi.. I’m sad rn :( I went to the doc
I’m 16 and a female
They checked my blood pressure and I’m 140/79
But the nurse said NOTHING!
I looked it up and it means it’s high, I need to lose about 14 pounds. What can I do it lower it? I’m so down right now, and im not sure what to do. I feel like I have the Blood Pressure of an 80 year old and I’m scared
