My mom thinks that I should go back to actual school not online school anymore, I know if I will go back I will fail because I use my home resources way too much. I know Middle School grades aren't going to matter only the knowledge, in the future. I was fine for a while until I realized that Im not myself, before cov I use to love writing and anything that was school related now I can barely write a sentence without copy and pasting and it is not even that hard! I don't know what to do.​

I'd suggest asking your mom for a tutor and/or be honest that you are struggling in your courses. You don't need to tell her that you've been copying and pasting. Another option would be to start studying your courses and find some studious friends or people who can help when you go to public school. Another thing to consider would be to tell your mom you prefer online school and it's been helping you in school, I really recommend studying from now on if that option works, studying can be very beneficial and set you up later in life.
