Decide what type of disaster you will address and for what type of agricultural institution you will write the plan. If you search online, you may find some examples.
Your plan should be at least 300 words. The sections your plan must include are:
1. Introduction: a description of your facility and the type of disaster the plan addresses
2. Resources: include any resource you would need, a brief description, and their contact information
3. Supplies: include all related supplies you should have on hand
4. Evacuation Plan: for any appropriate action based on the type of disaster with which you are dealing
5. Procedures checklists: What steps will you take to secure the facility, shut down the facility, and put the plan into action?
6. Recovery Plan: When the disaster passes, what steps will you take to get back to normal? Of what might you need to be careful?
