Oh, it seems like you're suffering a lot. Dw, it happens during the teen years (for me too *sob*) The best thing to do is to overcome all these negative thoughts & to just chill. Remember it's your life so you don't have to listen to the others & their opinions.

by looking at someone you know and chat with them or look on something like a painting or anything then the person or bring a book with you and act like you reading something or think about something that you like so you can spaceout and not put attention to what is happening around you .
