They are packed with protein which is important for maintaining bone health, muscle repair, and the formation of certain hormones. **I am personally vegetarian but I will write a response anyways** I like the fact that these foods are not only healthy but also extremely delicious and versatile! They pair well with a variety of seasonings/toppings/sides and can be cooked is many different ways, making it easier to incorporate healthy, nutritious food into your everyday diet. Overall, I enjoy the versatility and nutritious profile of these foods.
