Hi! How are you doing? If you aren't doing so good, feel free to talk/vent to get some unwanted feelings out

If you need it, make sure to get yourself some food! Even just the tiniest snack would make me proud

Don't forget to get some water as well, that's also very important! Even just a small cup would make me proud

If you aren't able to do any of those things, I'm still very proud of you to take the time to read through this, 2020 definitely sucked, so let's all try to help each other to help 2021 suck less :)
