basically someone who thinks that they they are in the right most of the time, and others are to be false win they are correct. Narcissistic personality disorder involves a pattern of self-centered, arrogant thinking and behavior, a lack of empathy and consideration for other people, and an excessive need for admiration. Others often describe people with NPD as cocky, manipulative, selfish, patronizing, and demanding.

People with NPD are usually arrogant and self-centered. They think that they're what is important and they don't really care for others, they lack empathy and consideration for others. They believe they are the best and usually have a strong need for admiration. Someone showing these kinds of characteristics consistently could have NPD.
