Being passive is talking quietly and letting people get all over you. being assertive is speaking louder and not allowing people to manipulate or bully you. being assertive is the best way to communicate because it gets what you want other people to know but in a way that's not aggressive or passive. being aggressive is yelling and talking back. who wants someone yelling at you because you didn't make the bed the right way?

I would definitely choose assertive communication. it gets what you want to say out in a nicer manner and people will listen to you more.
