Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. It is the general condition of the body or mind with reference to soundness and vigor. It can be that you are in a good health or in a bad health.

Probably because you wake up early. even when i get a good nights sleep i still feel tired if i wake up early. or maybe you just need coffee.
