I'm trying to get a six pack and build more muscle at my core as well as getting my forearms bigger. i'm 15 and 6ft and weigh approximately 170pounds, i have only a pull up bar that has different variations of pull ups. but what type of exercises can i do that will meet my future goals? without paying a ton for equipment.
