Discuss some of the health issues seniors face and ,methods to addressing these problems

1.Arthritis- Over 65 percent of people over 65 start to develop this and it really cant be cured, but making a plan with their doctor could help ease the pain.
2. Shingles- If an elder had the chicken pox when they were a child, it could come back as the shingles. usually it only affects one side of the body, and you could feel tingles and it can be very painful. It'll soon turn into an ichy rash. There is a vaccine but you would need to consult a doctor to get it.
