How long does it take to see results from the gym?

It all depends, I think. I have recently lost 20 pounds, and I noticed changes within the first 2 weeks because I stuck to a strict diet and went to the gym 5 days a week. Some people can do less, some people can do more, but as long as you stick to it you could see changes within a week or 2! Hope this helps! :D
