List the steps you would use to reach one of your personal growth goals.

Depend on the goal, 

1. write down the goal
2. write a specific deadline for the goal and details of the goal 
3. set a timeline for small steps to be completed that lead up to the goal
4. continually monitor your progress and mark off each minor milestone you achieve on the way to reaching your goal
5. i would probably tell a close friend or very noisy person about my goal so that they will constantly ask me about it and help keep me accountable for my success

1.)dr. natterson- horowitz came to realize that their isn't much of a difference between animals and humans. just like humans, animals can suffer from illnesses and diseases like breast cancer, self injury, anxiety, and many more. she also discovered how they even treated and performed surgical procedures on animals just as if the animal it self were human. the los angeles zoo called dr. natterson- horowitz because they knew that she was a doctor and that  she would be able to recognize what was wrong with the gorilla. they knew that humans and gorillas were similar, so instead of calling another veterinarian, they called a doctor.
