Stages of stess and symptoms for each stage

There are three stages. The first is the alarm stage, and the symptoms of it are higher energy and increased movement due to things like Adrenalin or anxiety. The second is resistance and the symptoms are lack of sleep, also anxiety, and forgetting things very often. The final one is exhaustion and here the person has a complete breakdown, often both physical and mental due to all the strain put on the body and the brain.
