Why do you think so many people do not eat a balnced diet

Some people base what they eat on how it tastes. Many people believe that if it tastes good why not? And also because many people are uneducated when it comes to food and health.

Time, depression, influence (commercials, TV, MC Donald's), just because they might have a eating disorder, or because they aren't aware.
