What are characteristics of someone who is being emotionally abused?

Depressed, hurt, quiet (in most cases), more afraid of things than usual, etc. (these are some of the characteristics)

They are scared and fell like crying and want to be alone but some people want to have someone who hugs and cares for them 

You did not show us the image of the burger, but i shall try to answer as best i can.  when purchasing food, always consider the ingredients as well as the person who prepared it. consider if they were hygienic people or not, in case the burger was infected with bacteria. no mortal should place an infected burger into their mouth.   

There are a couple of answers.you could have an infection, a sti, std, or other problematic health issues.i would recommend going to the doctors, if not, take a shower and wash down there, then wait a couple of days, and if it’s still there, then is when you should go to the nearest or trusted gynecologist of your choice.
