1)why is if difficult to avoid many allergens?

2)why is it important for individuals and family members with diabetes to take responsibility for establishing and implementing health maintenance?

1. So you do not get sick and pass it down to other people.
2. People with diabetes take care of themselves so they do not get even more ill because it runs in the family with whoever has diabetes.

1) because allergens are all over, in pollen, trees... there are so many different ways to get sick.

2) because if you have diabetes and don't get a health plan to treat them, they could get worse and you could get very sick.
