We'll some of the risks that some ppl do a lot ( in clouding me ) is eating a lot of sweets. All of the sugar that is in sweets is
1.unhealthy
2. Can sometimes have bad chemicals in them like artificial sweeteners
3. Make ur blood cells stick together which will cause the blood to get clogged up

If u do not know wut artificial sweeteners r they r pretty much a substitute for regular sugar that the manufacturers want u to think is healthier for u but they aren't they are actually worse the regular sugar. This is a fact bc they use chemicals to make it sweet where as regular sugar is still bad for u but is better then artificial sweeteners.
