a. unfortunately there has not been enough research regarding fats and the effect fats have on the body to give an adequate answer to this question.
b. yes. it is a proven fact that the body does not need fat. fat is bad for the body and has a direct correlation to many health problems.
c. no. saturated fats and trans fats have great health benefits to the body.
