Personal hygiene is important because, if you don't brush your teeth they will rot and hurt painfully, if you don't wash your hair you can get very itchy dandruff or greasy hair, if you don't wash your body you become very smelly and you wont attract anyone, and last of all being clean gives you a more healthy and awake feeling. Turning water from hot to cold in the shower helps your immune system too also.
