How often should i tan? every day? , everyother day? is it horrible if you go back to back a couple of times? ; i don't need a lecture on how im giving myself skin i want to know is how often to go.

You probably won't be able stop going to the beach
Avoid it from 10/11 till 4 pm. The sun is higher and burns instead of giving you a nice tan that will last longer.
The best would be to go on the afternoon not before 4 pm. Always use a high level sun protection even if you have a tan and after each bath in the sea or swimming pool. And even on the shade, remember you still get a tan

Never go in tanning salonsthat's the worst.

Be careful any way, you won't have necessarily a skin cancer, but your skin will get old faster with brown age spots
