Ive slept for about a good 12 hours, my friends tell me my body is failing. is this true?

You're fine. The body needs time to rest. Have you recently exhausted yourself or stayed up way too long?

teens need 8-10 hours of sleep. it kind of depends on what time you get up. but prob around 10 or 11 p.m. or 11 or 11: 30 p.m.
