Drinking under the age of 21 is illegal. However, if a minor decides to consumer alcohol, what are some tips for how they could do so SAFELY AND RESPONSIBILY?

You honestly can't. But drink very little amounts, make sure you have an adult or someone who is a responsible drinker around you, and make sure you are with somebody who can drive you home after (if yall are in a club/bar)
