NEED HELP! My first high I took too many hits (pot) and got a really fun time but the high is never enough now I still feel pain I still think of my problems and I want to get those real highs again. I need help my life is going down and I’m too close to adulthood to ruin it and I know smoking my pain away isn’t the answer but all my scars from my parents and myself keep reminding me that eventually time heals physical pain but my mental pain won’t heal if I keep smoking for just that little bit of fun. How do I cope with abuse, a one night stand with a girl I have feelings for, and self harm without the need to smoke?
