My dog got hit by a speeding car yesterday but he looked fine(just had some scars) so I didnt take him to the vet because I thought it was no biggie Just today, he started limping on his left leg and I noticed that it looks dislocated and he lays in bed all day. He won’t eat nor drink and hasn’t been peeing or pooping lately.(not to mention he did throw up blood earlier yesterday)

I want to take him to the vet but he won’t be able to walk and whenever I try picking him up, he growls and try’s to bite me. he’s a big dog so I don’t know if I will be able to carry him the whole time to the vet. What do I do..I need help right away
