How do you deal with depression without hurting yourself or hurting someone? I've been having depression here lately and I wanna know how to get ride of it.

Hi I'm sorry that your going through this :((( I myself  have been  going through this ...   here are ways that can help you cope with it ( that i found helpful for me  )

Schedule some good activities or events  

Relationships: Surround yourself with individuals that bring you up.

 try not to stay up late )Staying up late one night and then sleeping in the next day is a definite way to worsen despair. Also  avoid trying to solve problems late at night when your brain is half asleep.

mindfulness. Try not to be in your thoughts with self judgment during activities as much as possible. You may not be able to turn off the self judgment, but you can be conscious of it and gently bring yourself back to the present moment.  and Set reasonable goals  that will give a sense of success.
