Very few people intend to make bad decisions. They often happen because a minor poor decision leads to a string of poor decisions that can have serious consequences. Give an example from your life or someone that you know of how this can happen. Consider the outcome on the individual and the family. How would have making a different decision in the initial phases changed the outcome? I couldn't really come up with a good idea...
