How to deal with controling parents who are manipulative i can't have a phone, be in a rs, talk to my mom , go any where, dont know how to drive, cant watch tv either he even has a camera in my room, i can't listen to music even though in 2 months i'll be 18 i don't really have friends and ive been suffering from depression so it's hard for me only way i get through it is by going to work or school what should i do

You can't win in this situation yet, you just have to wait it out. I know it seems impossible right now, but in a year, maybe two, you will be out of their house, you will be living your own life. Just stick around a little longer and don't listen to them. What they are doing isn't fair to you at all but you will get out eventually, I promise.
