36 year old man comes into the ER with swollen ankles and legs along with chest pain. He has a history of hypotension and is having decreased urine output. A urinalysis shows high amounts of proteinuria and the urine shows hematuria. A CBC is done and shows a low amount of hemoglobin and an abdominal ultrasound is done to show smaller than average kidneys.
