The distinction between an accident and a risky behavior

An accident may be caused by something , someone else than you. You're not responsible for what happened. A car may have hurt you, you may have fallen and break your legsand you may be hurt by someone who has risky behaviours.

People having risky behaviours are aware of what they're doing. If something happen to them they are fully responsible.
