Can i ask for ? i know this isn't school related but i need ! i don't like my body shape and i hate the way i get tired when i do simple workouts. i really want to loose some weight before halloween! my goal is to loose about 45 pounds asap! i just don't know how! can anyone

Eat a lot of greens. When you want a snack don't go for the soda and chips. Go for something more healthy. Maybe a salad with cottage cheese or yogurt. Eat whole wheat bread instead of white. Go walking for at least 30 min a day. Don't eat anytime 3 hours before you go to bed unless it's a little fruit or oats. When I stopped drinking juice and soda and only drank water and did everything I'm telling you I lost 60 pounds in 4 months. 

Her parents start noticing changes about her. she's probably just competive though not on drugs
