Compare and contrast the nutritional needs of infants and adults

Infants tend to need more carefully planned and curated nutrition; as it it crutial for their small growing bodies to recieve proper care. 
While adults also need balanced nutrition, their diet doesn't need to be AS micromanaged as small childrens'.
