If Andrea wants to improve her flexibility she should only work on her core and exercises of stretching the will enable her to be a little more flexible.

Any exercises that would lead to body building or would give andrea some muscular mass would not complement andreas present workout very well and will make her less flexible.

Also the more she practices her flexibility exercises the more they will complement her and should just avoid exercises related to muscle mass building.
