How sociagram is represented within the social networks?

Sociograms allow us to calculate some basic properties of people, their paired (related to a set of two) relationships and in fact, the network as a whole, the basic properties that command how networks form and function are
-Network size 
-Direction of the tie (in-degree or Out-degree)
-Tie strength
-Density 
-Path
-Centrality: Betweenness centrality & Closeness centrality

Social media create online shared spaces where groups of people can choose to interact, discuss, coordinate or co-produce. Social media has the feature/ quality/ trait (one of these) that in one way or another they make visible group's activity to its members and so support interactive working together/team effort.
