How will the aging boom affect health care and the health professions in the future?

There is no one correct answer to this question because the healthcare system is so complex that it incorporates almost all the branches in government and society since health of the people is an important resource to a nation.

One obvious effect to the healthcare system particularly those involving the insurance or health maintenance organizations (HMOs) is that demand for health processes for geriatrics will increase. These processes include, but are not limited to, increase use of diagnostics because old people tend to get sick more; higher demand for the services of oncologists because there is a high incidence of cancer as age increases.

In terms of health policies, the government will have to adjust pensions as the aged and non-working population increases. They will have to address problems that may arise from this non-working sector. Services they can offer may include facilities/homes for the aged; and discounts for senior citizens. All the while balancing the demands of the other sectors of society.

Well, l think that some effective communication is, emotional barriers and lack of attention, interest distraction or irrelevance. also some physical disabilities such as hearing problems or speech difficulties.      l hope i am correct  and you good luck.
