Iam 5ft 4 and i weigh 208 and i keep gaining weight but i don't overeat this is a big problem and i don't know why its happening and what to do

-key to losing weigh is cardio ,try joining a boxing for fitness class make sure to wear a thermo and hoodie to your workout everyday for 1 month straight (small goals/baby steps!:)), and stretch before (and) after you workout, try it for one month message me for any doubts or concerns, works like a charm! and remember to stay hydrated no soda simply water.
