How does laughter effects our health?

Many doctors of medicine, and wise people, in general, claim that laughter is the best medicine. It is a powerful antidote to stress, conflict and physical and psychical pain. Laughter can relax our bodies and boost our immune system. It is also very good for the health of our hearth, because it is increasing the blood flow, which protects us from a hearth attack and other cardiovascular diseases. Laughter also help our mental health by adding joy to our life, easing anxiety and fears, improving mood, relieving stress, etc. So, the message is: you should find funny people, or at least funny shows, books, or movies, and laugh as much as you can...

If it's a smaller child or infant, place one on the middle of the chest and on the child's back. (if it is a bigger child with enough room for two, place one on the upper right/your left of the chest, and one on the lower left/your right) the pads should never touch each other.
