Compare and contrast mental health and emotional health.

Mental health is something that is wrong with your mind and is not working correctly ,but emotional health is when something happened in your life and you can't forgot about it cause it really affected you. Both of them are similar because they affect you as a person and has effects on you.

WHAT IS MENTAL HEALTH?
Mental health is the part of health that is based on a persons physiological and emotional well-being (ex: mood swings, hallucinations, and feeling hopeless).

WHAT IS EMOTIONAL HEALTH? 
Emotional health is based on how well people can control their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors (ex: seeing the good in yourself & seeing the positive in all situations).

Mental Health and Emotional Health are nearly the same things with different name (such as rap and hip-hop).
