Which of these contributes to heart disease and stroke? saturated fat, unsaturated fat, cholesterol or bulimia

Cholesterol probably lead to heart disease and stroke. But im not 100% sure. with saturated fats there is no direct link to that and heart disease. unsaturated fats seem to be good i think, and that leaves me with cholesterol can lead to heart disease if there is to much cholesterol in your blood and it builds up in the walls of your arteries causing atherosclerosis which is a form of heart disease. with bulimia can be dangerous and can cause the heart to beat irregularly and can cause heart failure. my guess would be cholesterol hope it help, and hope its right.
