Well with this question it would have to come from your thoughts, and who you would pick.

The nationalist lead for me I would pick is Nelson Mandela. Mandela was a hero, and a true inspiration to the world. He believed everything should be equal and that color shouldn't define who a person is. Mandela sacrificed a lot such as being sentenced to 27 years in prison for his actions to overthrow the government. Through all that he suffered he never felt the need to get revenge. His heart was full for the people. For his bravery, love, compassion, and heroism I would choose him.

I would say Kwame Nkrumah, he was a Ghanaian nationalist leader who led the country from 1957 to 1966. He formed the Convention Peoples' Party in June as a non-violent protests in the U.S. and Canada. He was shortly arrested, then in the Gold Coast general election he was elected to the parliament and released from prison to later become the Prime Minister of the Gold Coast. Then it became an independent state within the British Commonwealth. Although his leadership was Authoritarian, he really improved the infrastructure of the country and made better career opportunities for Ghanaians.

health care plans in the united states having high costs because they are focusing on providing quality programs for different groups of individuals. the quality of the service is based on money flow received from the members. without this investment, couldn't be possible a constant scientific searching to prevent death and illness caused because of low levels of health investigation. currently, the complaints are not about the highest cost, but about the coverage and benefits to access the necessary health services required by the members.

besides, if a global health system is established the quality levels will fall down because of the standardized of the health. the access to care will increase but the quality will be low because it depends on the money invested.
