In a democracy, how is rule of law regarded

The rule of law within a democratic country will dictate what actions is considered wrong and punishable to do in that country. This will prevent people from harming and violating each other to get what they want and form a stable and safe society.

a   church leadership can be defined as a process of influencing other people to work together to accomplish a desired purpose.
