How has china reacted to the influence of western culture

China has been fairly receptive of Western culture. The influences of Western culture have certainly shaped the lifestyle, fashion and even entertainment of the Chinese people. Most youth in Chinese prefer foreign brands over Chinese brands. Nevertheless, the Chinese have maintained the belief in the norms and values of their traditional culture despite the intrusion of Western culture
