Which states had the most representation in the house, small states or large sates? why?

The larger states have more because it satisfies their population since there are more people.

Since "the numbers of representatives shall not exceed for every thirty thousand". The larger states would have more people representing them than the smaller states would.

The larger states should have larger populations that the smaller states.
