When was the foreign-born population in the us at its highest percentage

According to the last data provided by the Census Bureau, the foreign-born population in the United States was at its highest percentage in 2017, representing an increase of almost two percent in respect to the previous year. The foreign-born residents´population amounts to 44.5 million.

after the aryan's settled in india they changed for the better i bellieve they changed from nomads having to keep moving to being farmers   they were aswell avaible to turn the ganges river into farmland.   which is great they added a big affect on farming as we know of it today.
