A. By foot. At the time trains weren't invented and neither were cars. I don't remember hearing anyone talk about Native Americans fleeing on boats. The Trail of Tears is an example. They traveled by horses and foot.

Well back Then there were no cars or Trains, so I would say going by foot was the way the Tribes got to Indian Territory, Although some tribes might of made small wood boats, most went by foot, Some tribes weren't able to make boats because they were missing resources.
