There more then 1,000 milky ways and we are in one of them so can anyone tell me if aliens are real?

there is only one milky way because it is the name of our galaxy. there are an infinite number of galaxy's, so we will not know for sure until more research is done. But i believe that there are other planets with intelligent life, we just have not found them yet

out of all the planets and galaxies there is no proof but there has been suspictions but we might never know for sure.
