Explanation :  because new nations after gaining their independence are going to face tremendous problems, so they need strong government to solve these problems over the time,for example they need strong control over the economy,a good and a strong economic plan,infrastructure and highly educated workforce,so if their governments are not strong or not strong enough to give them more or less these things,they are going to fail ".

All successful economies in the world did this in a very effective way: USA, Germany and Japan did this, China  did it.
