To the best of my knowledge, the irony in the situations described in the essay “When the Negro was in Vogue” by Langston Hughes, is that even thought black were considered second-class citizents across the country, in Harlem, all the entertainments and clubs were among the most popular country and even white people attended or even wrote about the shows.

Irony: Blacks were generally considered second class citizens throughout the country,in Harlem,the clubs and entertainment were among the most popular in the country and even whites would attend and write about the shows.

women should get jobs in the war industries

during the time of the war women usually stayed back and got jobs to support the war by making bullets and machinery used in the war.

health care plans in the united states having high costs because they are focusing on providing quality programs for different groups of individuals. the quality of the service is based on money flow received from the members. without this investment, couldn't be possible a constant scientific searching to prevent death and illness caused because of low levels of health investigation. currently, the complaints are not about the highest cost, but about the coverage and benefits to access the necessary health services required by the members.  

besides, if a global health system is established the quality levels will fall down because of the standardized of the health. the access to care will increase but the quality will be low because it depends on the money invested.
