Yes if you want to have a fair Jail Time And No If you are that stupid and say no you get sentenced to life Some have some sense and make a deal to tell them what they did some are dumb...But unless you want to be sentenced to life maybe get beat up in jail Yes you should And i think amendment 5 Fifth Amendment Right Against Self-Incrimination.

13. No they cannot! You have to put them on trial or fine them the first time you can't do the same thing and add trial. I am sorry i forgot the Number but it's like no uncruel punishment's you can't get on trial for the  same thing. sorry i don't have the number.
